The 11th issue of TAKT PROJECT serialized by AXIS magazine is now on sale.
The theme was "The body as a path".
We traveled to Dewaya in Yamagata Prefecture, which is said to be the birthplace of wild vegetable cuisine, the primeval beech forest in the Shirakami Mountains of Aomori Prefecture. And we visited Farm Garden Tasogare in Katagami City, Akita Prefecture, which grows rice no-till with Toshiaki Ishikura san, art anthropologist.
