Born in Gunma, Japan.
Miyazaki graduated from the Department of Design, Faculty of Art and Communication, Tama Art University.
He studied a wide range of design with a focus on product design, and his graduation work won the grand prize at the Lucky Strike Junior Designer Award, a competition for graduation projects of students in the design field nationwide.
He worked at design office nendo from 2004 to 2007.
From 2008 to 2013, he worked at Sony Creative Center, and designed personal audio products including WALKMAN and digital imaging products.He was involved in designing highly innovative products such as lens-style cameras, comprehensively working on all aspects of design from research to prototyping and styling.
During his tenure, he won the Best of the Best of the Red Dot Design Award, the iF Product Design Award, etc.
In 2013, he co-founded TAKT PROJECT Inc.
Part-time lecturer at Joshibi University of Art and Design since 2015 (to 2016)
